Compare the two lastly tuned frequencies for checking parallel (//) programming. JAGUAR keeps track of the frequency history automatically so the two last-used frequency are always kept in memory.
When being tuned to any frequency, type in the frequency to be compared (and press ENTER). After that click TOOLBAR > COMPARE. The COMPARE icon becomes red and in the the beginning of the PLAYBAR you'll see the frequencies being compared.

Now COMPARE becomes the Jaguar "stepping mode": scrolling with mouse wheel or pressing left/right arrow keys alternate these two frequencies.
You can return back to normal stepping mode by clicking TOOLBAR > 9 or 10 stepping icon.
