You can fully automate your jumps in frequency
and/or time with JAGRUN scripts. JAGRUN uses a simple script language to
determine the playback time after each jump.
By default Jaguar contains eight pre-defined scripts, you can customize any of
the scripts temporarily or permanently, or create new own scrips.
The builtin scrips are:
• TIMEJUMP: Jump 60 seconds after playing 4 seconds.
• FREQJUMP: Jump to next/prev frequency after playing 4 seconds.
• TOPJUMP: Find and jump to next/prev TOH after playing 30 seconds at
current TOH.
• TOPBOTS: Find and jump to next/prev TOH/BOT after playing 30 seconds at
current TOH/BOT.
• DAYJUMP: Find and jump to next/prev day after playing 40 seconds.
• HH'MM'SS: Find and jump to the next/prev defined HH'MM'SS and play it
for 300 seconds.
- The default HH'MM'SS is 22'55'00 (COPE break), user can change this to the
desired HH'MM'SS
• XX'MM'SS: Find and jump to the defined xx'MM'SS and play it for 20
seconds.
- The default XX'MM'SS is XX'04'50, user can change this to the desired
XX'MM'SS
• USB_LSB: This script proceeds making 30 second jumps, then playing 4
seconds in USB mode followed by playing 4 seconds in LSB mode.
After you have selected the desired sript from the menu, you can optionally
modify the jump/playback times and then control the jumps either manually or
let Jaguar do the job. In the example below, FREQJUMP script has been activated
and playback time has been changed from 4 seconds to 10 seconds for each
frequency before jumping to the next frequency. After this temporary change,
the FREQJUMP script name is changed to CUSTOM.
HOW TO
KEY = G (GO NEXT) and ALT-G (GO PREV)
If you hover the mouse over the JAGRUN
icon, the colour turns red, and you can use the mouse wheel or the left/right
arrow keys to run the script as many times forward/backward as you need. If you
click on the JAGRUN icon, the autorun mode starts. Click the icon again to stop
the autorun mode.
If you want to use keyboard for manual control of the jump: press G for jumping
"one step" forward and ALT-G for jumping "one step" backward. That is why G and
ALT-G are sometimes called as "GOKEYS".
You can make permanent changes for the default scripts and create own scripts
editing GOKEYS section in JAGUAR.INI, more details can be found in GOKEYS
help.
