TOOLBAR
TOOLBAR contains a set of icons/buttons for the most-used JAGUAR features. Most
of the icons toggle the corresponding functionality ON and OFF (and the right
click is the same as the left click). Many of the icons also rotate the
available values when left-clicked on. In those cases, with a right-click, you
will get a popup menu containing all the available values.

keyboard/mouse wheel focus, black = some other application or Windows OS has
the keyboard/mouse wheel focus). When the icon is clicked, Jaguar
recreates/reloads many internal structures, this can be used as the possible
"First Aid" for several display/audio issues.
