TIMEWHEEL

TIMEWHEEL allows easy navigation in time and frequency, based on the selected stepping (months, days, frequency, hours, minutes or seconds).

HOW TO

Toggle the TIMEWHEEL mode ON / OFF from SETTINGS > MOUSE > TIMEWHEEL > YES | NO. When TIMEWHEEL is enabled, you can hover the mouse over each individual component of the date/timestamp on PLAYBAR, turning the component to red. Then, using the mouse wheel or the left/right arrow keys, you can scroll that time element forward/backward. Scrolling the years is not supported.

If TIMEWHEEL is enabled, pressing the TAB key will rotate the active scrollable objects: MONTH > DAY > FREQUENCY > HOUR > MINUTE > SECOND.

Note that the use of TIMEWHEEL requires that all the files have been recorded with JAGUAR.

In addition to TIMEWHEEL, JAGUAR offers two similar type of "wheelers": FREQWHEEL and FILEWHEEL.

FREQWHEEL is enabled via SETTINGS > MOUSE > FREQWHEEL > YES and this feature allows tuning the frequency by scrolling individual numbers on the PLAYBAR's frequency component. FILEWHEEL is enabled via SETTINGS > MOUSE > FILEWHEEL > YES and it allows scrolling recorded files forwards/backwards on a file-by-file basis using the mouse wheel when the cursor is moved to the center of TOOLBAR (and the arrow icons on the TOOLBAR are shown as red).
